Junior UX Designer

Your role within our Kingdom

* Work in a team with the AdX UX Lead, Qual/Quant Researchers and Project Managers to uncover insights and best practices for a range of mobile games
* Work closely with cross-functional teams in sales, marketing research, ad product and game studios
* Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure all designs meet client and user requirements
* Analyze all research and feedback to gain user insight - and incorporate this feedback into new design
* Assist in the production of wireframes, prototypes, concept sketches, interaction designs and user flows using key tools such as Sketch, inVision and Proto.io
* Help to create clean and simple user-centred designs
* Work with developers and designers to build user-friendly ad experiences for mobile games based on the learnings of AdX
* Assist the AdX UX Lead in creating design rationale and specifications

Skills to create thrills

* You have a passion for UX and UI
* You have a strong portfolio which demonstrates work across a range of clients
* A basic understanding of the UX toolkit (ie: Sketch, inVision, Proto.io, PS, etc…)
* A good working knowledge of HTML and CSS
* Ideally at least one year of experience in a professional UX role
* Proficient in wire-framing and comfortable producing concept sketches and user flows
* Excellent communication skills

Bonus points

* A good working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
* Some experience of user research and usability testing would be a bonus
* Experience with mobile and responsive design is highly desirable
