Human Resources Manager - Fixed Term Contract

Role Summary:

In this role, you will be the primary HR point of contact for management and employees. You will provide expertise and guidance in all HR processes such as performance management, engagement, assessment, reward/recognition, retention planning and disciplinary / grievances.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Partner with client managers to develop and execute both long-term and short-term HR strategies that directly support and enable business objectives
  • Provide strategic coaching to people leaders related to talent identification and selection, succession planning, merit planning and performance management
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees related to career development
  • Work with leaders and employees to create a positive and contemporary work environment that respects every employee
  • Partner effectively with our HR Centers of excellence in People Operations, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition and OT&D
  • Promote internal mobility and support external recruiting where required
  • Manage grievances and disciplinaries as well as compliance investigations
  • Drive engagement and development of our employees
  • Ensure compliance to our policies and procedures
  • Promote a diverse and inclusion environment within the assigned groups
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor s Degree from an accredited college or university in related area or similar with relevant experience.
  • Proven experience as a HR senior generalist supporting a diverse client group

  • Strong influencing skills and storytelling ability crafts a clear and engaging
    message
  • Ability to work in changing environments, see through complexity and strategically promote an inclusive / diverse workforce
  • Proven experience working in a manufacturing environment supporting multiple functions
  • Confidence to voice opinions & ideas and willingness to deliver tough feedback / coaching to leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to assess situations make judgments based on practice or previous experience
