Cost Manager

We are currently supporting the MOD by seconding project professionals into the organisation and helping support some of the largest projects in the UK. As a result of this we're looking for cost professionals to support the existing team.

The role will involve:
  • Preparation of estimates and cost plans
  • Producing tender documents
  • Analysing tenders and preparing tender reports
  • Preparing standard documentation - reports, valuation, letters and financial statements
  • Assisting in the preparation of valuations, re-measurement, valuation of variations, final accounts and financial statements
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly management reports

We're ideally looking for someone who has the following experience;

  • Degree qualified in a Quantity Surveying subject (or equivalent)
  • Proven cost planning skills and experience of delivering within a cost consultancy
  • Previous experience of contract administration (NEC), measurement, cost estimating, tender action and final accounts
