Would you like to play a key role within the Electronic warfare and Weapons Integration Team? We currently have a vacancy for a Qatar Training Capability Development and Delivery Engineer/Trainer at our site in Warton.

As a Qatar Training Capability Development and Delivery Engineer/Trainer, you will be part of a team responsible for delivery of software required for training as well as support whilst working with the Qatar customer, providing electronic warfare capability based training.

This role will provide you with a unique opportunity to deliver TYPHOON based electronic warfare products/training to the Qatar customer whilst learning about new areas of the business and customer.

Your main responsibilities as a Qatar Training Capability Development and Delivery Engineer/Trainer will involve:

Develop customer focussed training courses

Contributing to the training framework and ensuring successful delivery of the Qatar training requirements by working with both internal and external training suppliers.

Develop training course syllabuses ensuring that the training requirements align with the contractual requirements.

Develop training material in conjunction with internal and external suppliers and SME’s

Deliver training courses as part of customer contracts at various locations across the UK

Support to monthly review meetings with internal and external stakeholders

Your skills and qualifications:

Degree/HNC qualified or equivalent experience in relative field

Relevant engineering and/or training experience
Fully proficient with MS Toolset

Ability to delivery with confidence to groups of students

Flexibility in approach to working

Flexibility in training delivery approach using blended learning techniques


Hold a training related qualification i.e. CIPD/CertEd/TAP or willing to gain or work towards

Previous experience in delivery of training
Experience with Middle Eastern customers

Salary: £37,654 +
