SEO Manager

We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to join our team, responsible for delivering the on-site and off-site SEO strategy. Ideal candidates will have had previous experience in a similar role, and will have effectively used relevant tools/platforms to analyse and drive business performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Be the subject matter expert on all SEO topics, including site structure, internal linking, crawlability, content, meta tags, redirects, sitemaps and site speed

  • Grow natural search traffic from search engines through on-site SEO best practice, link building and commissioning content for the website
  • Own the SEO development roadmap of individual websites within the firm
  • Competitive analysis and insights leveraging tools
  • Work collaboratively across teams to drive SEO requirements through from ideation to release
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimisation
  • Work with content teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
  • Manage a suite of SEO tools to monitor and report on channel performance


Key qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role

  • Strong track-record of in-house technical SEO and collaborating across departments (content experience is desirable, but not essential)

  • Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and web analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)

  • Experience with large data analysis across multiple tools and/or data sets (SQL, BigQuery, Tableau)

  • Experience working in a wide ranging digital marketing team

  • Smart, hard-working, detail-oriented, organised, and motivated individual

  • Passion for technology, marketing and its influence on consumer behaviour
