About the Role
You will be an ambitious individual with great communication skills, who is confident and has a customer focused approach. Reporting to our Structural Office Manager you’ll be responsible for undertaking the estimating process for new and on-going work, preparing cost estimates and ensuring technical compliance and understanding for each job. You’ll be an adept problem solver, be able to build strong customer relationships and demonstrate a good level of commercial acumen.
Other key deliverables include
Help ensure we win new work at sustainable margins
Ensuring all quotes are submitted in accordance with IMS procedures
Develop and maintain strong customer contacts
Establishing excellent trading relationships with both internal and external customers
Study the commercial and technical requirements of any project,
Liaison with fellow team members and site personnel

Tenacious in approach, with the capability to plan and organise and operate to tight deadlines
