At Transport for Greater Manchester we are seeking an experienced Resourcing Assistant to join our busy HR Function. Working as part of the recruitment team you will support with the delivery of an efficient and effective recruitment service to all customers. This is an ideal role for an individual who thrives in a fast pace working environment, enjoys enhancing existing processes to improve the service offered and would relish the opportunity to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
As a Resourcing Assistant you will support with a high volume of recruitment activity across the whole recruitment life cycle including; scheduling and facilitating assessment activities, administering offer paperwork and completing pre-employment checks. You will also work closely with hiring managers across the organisation and candidates to answer queries and provide support throughout the recruitment process.
Strong organisational and administration skills with the ability to prioritise a high and changing work load is absolutely essential in this role. You will have experience of working with confidential data and have an understanding of adhering to legislation. You will also have knowledge and experience of using different recruitment channels including social media platforms. You will ideally be working towards completion of a CIPD qualification and support may be available to the successful candidate to complete this.
The salary range for this role is £21,214 - £22,947 per annum.Salary on appointment within the salary range will be dependent upon your skills and experience.
