Methodologies& Standards- GT Portfolio Runbook
- Management of the current GT Portfolio Runbook
- Management of the content and roadmap of the Strategic Program Change Framework that will be created toreplace the PPM Runbook (iNav)
- Responsible for creating content/input into the Framework
- Drive top down consistent standards to increase probability of success and benefits realisation (building on the GT PMO minimum standards)
- Responsible for engaging with the LOB Portfolio to provide guidance and coaching as required
- Accountable for defining any new requirements for the tools strategy across the portfolio

The Global Technology Portfolio Management Office is responsible for oversight and governance of the most critical investments (the “portfolio”) within J.P. Morgan Global Technology which includes defining Firmwide Standards and Best Practices, monitoring adoption, adherence to control standards and improving predictability of program delivery of the portfolio through proactive identification and timely reporting of thematic risks, issues and delivery roadblocks.
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
Extensive experience managing complex change in global financial institutions with knowledge of what best-in-class portfolio management looks like
Can demonstrable deep knowledge in Audit, Controls, and Risk Assessment methodologies and practices.
Excellent understanding of a Controls environment and how this is managed through the three lines of defense framework
In-depth knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements
Ability to collaborate with Internal and external regulatory functions
Strong grounding and proven ability in senior Stakeholder management and reporting, to provide transparency in program status and ensure issues, risks and change are escalated effectively for resolution
Strong grounding and proven ability to leverage current technology architectures, design and development best practices
Proven track record of financial, resource and commercial management of large programs and organizations. Excellent problem solving skills, ability to quickly broker solutions and resolve conflict situations
Proven strategic capabilities and demonstrable critical thinking across business/technology vision, solutions, strategy, roadmaps and portfolio delivery.
Experience with Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies
Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
Strong work ethic, self-starter who is creative with a ‘can-do’ attitude
Detail oriented and results oriented with an analytical mindset.
High-level proficiency in MS-Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio)
High Level proficiency in Project Mgmt. tools and Agile Products (Jira, Clarity, Burndown charts, Velocity, Sprints etc.)
