An opportunity has arisen for a driven and enthusiastic HR professional to join our Employee Relations team in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join our EMEA Employee Relations team, supporting three qualified employment lawyers. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents, project management, supporting the ER Consultants with employee management processes and assisting the HR Business Partners, Coordinators and our global HR shared services team. This is an excellent career opportunity for anyone wanting to grow their HR experience and have exposure to Employee Relations within a supportive and dynamic team environment.
You will have prior experience in either a similar ER team, legal secretary, paralegal or HR coordination role, and have highly developed communication skills, both verbal and written along with exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. You will have an ability to work as part of a team and independently, whilst managing competing priorities with a high degree of organisation and self-direction. You will also have the confidence to think differently and be open to learning in a fast paced and changing environment.
