We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to help us build and deliver amazing solutions that delight our clients and prospects and ensure that we achieve our mission to make the world a better place to work one implementation at a time.
Some of your responsibilities will be
Delivering projects on time, on budget and to a standard of service that exceeds Client expectationsImpeccable technical knowledge of our product and its capabilitiesAnalysing Client needs to determine the most appropriate implementation and launch planCreating tailored implementation plans & Gantt charts to present at sales pitches and during the implementation processManaging project planning and delivering the implementation of new Client programmesAttending Client sites for meetings as requiredLiaising with PMU for special projectsTraining the Engagement Specialist in all facets of Client business and requirementsBriefing the Client Support teamActing as Client champion in Reward GatewayDeveloping product knowledgeAnticipating and handling Client enquiries efficientlyManaging positive relationships internally and externallyEnsuring customer database (Salesforce) is accurate and up to dateDealing with on the spot change requests
The experience and qualifications you will have
Proven successful client-facing and project management experienceAccount Management experience with exposure to sales an advantageProven successful experience liaising with Senior HR ExecutivesSuccessful experience in B2B environment100% focus on Client satisfactionFlexible with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamStrong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsSuperb organisational skills and attention to detailExcellent product knowledgePlanning and project management skillsPresentation skills The ability to react and respond quickly and effectivelyExperience using CRM an advantageNumerate and able to understand a financial argumentPractical, level headed and ability to prioritiseAdept at building rapport and dealing confidently with senior stakeholdersGreat at building internal and external relationships
AssessmentFinal in person interview, Q&A and assessment presentation with the Implementation Manager and Global Implementation Director
