We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to help us build and deliver amazing solutions that delight our clients and prospects and ensure that we achieve our mission to make the world a better place to work one implementation at a time.

Some of your responsibilities will be

  • Delivering projects on time, on budget and to a standard of service that exceeds Client expectations
  • Impeccable technical knowledge of our product and its capabilities
  • Analysing Client needs to determine the most appropriate implementation and launch plan
  • Creating tailored implementation plans & Gantt charts to present at sales pitches and during the implementation process
  • Managing project planning and delivering the implementation of new Client programmes
  • Attending Client sites for meetings as requiredLiaising with PMU for special projects
  • Training the Engagement Specialist in all facets of Client business and requirements
  • Briefing the Client Support team
  • Acting as Client champion in Reward Gateway
  • Developing product knowledge
  • Anticipating and handling Client enquiries efficiently
  • Managing positive relationships internally and externally
  • Ensuring customer database (Salesforce) is accurate and up to date
  • Dealing with on the spot change requests
  • The experience and qualifications you will have

  • Proven successful client-facing and project management experience
  • Account Management experience with exposure to sales an advantage
  • Proven successful experience liaising with Senior HR Executives
  • Successful experience in B2B environment100% focus on Client satisfaction
  • Flexible with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Superb organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent product knowledge
  • Planning and project management skills

  • The ability to react and respond quickly and effectively
  • Experience using CRM an advantage
  • Numerate and able to understand a financial argument
  • Practical, level headed and ability to prioritise
  • Adept at building rapport and dealing confidently with senior stakeholders
  • Great at building internal and external relationships

  • Assessment
  • Final in person interview, Q&A and assessment presentation with the Implementation Manager and Global Implementation Director
