Implementation Coordinator

We are looking for an Implementation Coordinator to help us build and deliver amazing solutions that delight our clients and prospects and ensure that we achieve our mission to make the world a better place to work one implementation at a time.

Some of your responsibilities will be

  • Creating tailored implementation plans & Gantt charts to present at client meetings, sales pitches during the implementation process
  • Managing, project planning and delivering the implementation of new Client programmes, ensuring projects are on time and to a standard of service that exceeds the client’s expectations
  • Work with the Client to determine the most appropriate implementation and launch plan
  • Acting as Client champion in Reward Gateway during the implementation process
  • Work with the Sales and Service team to help them understand the technical details in each implementation
  • Briefing the Client Support, design and product teams as needed pre and post-implementation, ensuring feedback is given in line with our values
  • Managing positive relationships internally and externally
  • Ensuring customer database (Salesforce) is accurate and up to date
  • Excellent technical knowledge of our product and its capabilities
  • The experience and qualifications you will have

  • Proven successful client-facing and/or project management experience (1 to 2 years)
  • Excellent presentation skills, with client-facing experience with exposure to sales processes an advantage
  • Flexible with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Superb organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Practical, level headed and the ability to prioritise, with planning and project management skills
  • Practical, level headed and the ability to prioritise, and to react and respond quickly and effectively
  • Adept at building rapport and dealing confidently with stakeholders and great at building internal and external relationships

  • Face to Face meet with our Implementation Team Lead
  • Assessment
  • Final in person interview, Q&A and assessment presentation with the Implementation Manager and Global Implementation Director
