We are looking for consultants, process engineers and/or change ambassadors who can help us define how our processes work today, design what they should look like for the future, and drive the delivery of process improvement opportunities and benefits.


We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Manager Process Re-engineering, within our Global COO Office of Commercial Banking. This will be a key role within our Strategic Business Initiatives (SBI) that the Bank are investing in.


In this role, you will have:

  • Knowledge and experience of process mapping, process design and process reengineering using a variety of tools and techniques
  • Proven experience in identifying operational process improvements and driving transformation projects within a consulting environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels
  • Experience of working in a diverse and global environment and a strategic function to drive changes
