Regional Practice Leaders play a critical role in the Mott MacDonald Group's Strategy and are responsible for working with the Global Practice Leader to connect with the other Regions, a practice community, and for representing Mott MacDonald in their sector, on a regional basis.
We are looking to recruit a Regional Practice Leader to lead and grow our Building Science team. The team are currently formed across five practices capturing Fire, Facades, ICT, Healthy Buildings and Building Physics. Technical excellence is key to the services we offer and each of these practice's has a senior head. This role will be to provide guidance and support to the practice heads to meet quality plans and industry standards as well as being instrumental in the growth of the practice.
To be successful in this role we would like to hear from candidates with the following;
Strong technical leadership with proven ability to manage staff and deliver multidisciplinary projects across specialist skills.
Technically driven with a good level of understanding of all five of the practices and a technically strong understanding across three of the practices.
Strong client relationship skills with a successful background in work winning
