Futures Clearing London is part of a global Futures Clearing business with affiliate offices in Sydney, Singapore, Frankfurt, New York and Chicago, facilitating a 24-hour service to a global customer base. You will feature as a prominent member of the larger Futures Clearing team and will be exposed to all aspects of the Futures Clearing business.
As part of the Client Solutions team, you will be responsible for:
- day to day relationship management of existing customer base (industry specific portfolio of accounts)
- processing of daily customer requirements
- evaluation of existing customer base clearing processes
- subsequent improvement / automation / streamlining of existing customer clearing processes
- development and management of customer KPI’s
- quarterly performance reporting to existing customer base
- oversight of customer on boarding, delivery of front to back clearing setup, ensuring accuracy across all stakeholders
- regular project work
Your experience in Futures Clearing client services, partnered with your proven track record of client service performance and your ability to improve inefficient clearing processes will be well utilised within the team.
Your methodical, diligent approach and prioritisation of daily key tasks is crucial in this role.
