Role Summary:

BHGE have an opportunity for an Engineering Document Controller to join BHGE Sensors, Zenith Product Line based in UK.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • As an integral part of a small engineering team you would provide document control and revision management for the team.

  • You would be tasked with controlling mechanical, electrical and electronic drawings as well as documentation detailing the design, build and test of equipment.

  • You would also be required to provide guidance to engineers on the operation of the Product Lifecycle Management system.

  • This position at times would require completing tasks to a timeframe.

  • Having an HND or similar in an engineering or other relevant qualification is preferred.

  • Relevant experience in a similar role is essential.

Desired Characteristics:
  • Experience in a document control role.

  • Excellent organizational and communications skills.

  • Conversant with PLM Systems, Windchill or TeamCentre and their interface to SAP

  • Being able to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Experience in the oil and gas industry, especially artificial lift or completion systems would be an advantage
