We are searching for an outstanding marketing talent to join our global acquisition and lifecycle campaigns team. The Marketing Manager for Account Based Marketing Programs will deliver campaigns that drive large enterprise acquisition, generating awareness and gathering, qualifying, and cultivating leads to deliver meaningful pipeline globally.

Reporting into the Director of Global Demand for large and multinational enterprise segment, you will use Account Based Marketing tools and processes to reduce the cost of acquisition, accelerate pipeline velocity and help achieve Marketing qualified leads targets.

What You Will Do:

  • You will develop, execute and optimize acquisition campaigns leveraging account-based marketing methodology
  • Together with field marketing, develop and lead integrated marketing and communications campaigns (inbound and outbound) that engage audiences and deliver against defined engagement and pipeline critical metrics
  • Harness traditional and creative approaches to drive growth and nurture prospects. Uncover creative, non-traditional methods of driving engagement within selected accounts
  • Work with sales to identify target accounts to engage. Help craft the account marketing plans for each tier1 accounts
  • Work with analytics and sales to assemble account level insights and intelligence
  • Work closely with our Brand and creative teams and external partners to iterate on audience hypotheses, propositions and creatives progressively more tailored to specific account needs
  • Continually optimize channels mix and tactics to improve the performance of campaigns, engage in A/B test and learn
  • Provide business requirements to the marketing operations and Analytics teams to improve the tech stack, as required to support an account level approach
  • Collaborate with dotcom product teams to optimize user experience and conversion funnel metrics at account level
  • Partner with analytics to define and align the organization along relevant account-based engagement metrics
  • Help define and systematically track account level engagement metrics and communicates program success accordingly

What You Bring:

  • You have 5+ years in a fast-growing B2B technology company, targeting large and multinational enterprise segments
  • Strong ability to develop and execute global multi-channel marketing programs at account level
  • Strong sales process knowledge understands how sales teams consume marketing leads, drive pipeline development and measure sales success
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and/or other CRM systems
  • Strong analytical ability and data-driven decision-making; comfort with establishing and communicating marketing performance indicators and metrics
  • Polished internal and external presentation skills, as well as written and verbal interpersonal skills
  • Possess a learning mind-set and take a flexible approach and able to adapt quickly to change
