As one of our key Internal Sales Administrators , you’ll be responsible for accurately receive and process sales orders and enquiries. Continual monitoring and communication surrounding order progress to ensure fulfilment of customer requirements.
About the role
You will play a core role in offering ongoing administration support to Sales Representatives and Customer Service Representatives, whilst ensuring customers are kept informed and are kept updated with any changes in the status of their order, including working and building relationships with our key stakeholders. Other key deliverables include;
Customer Account Management
Investigating and updating customer queries
Receiving and Processing our Hard Landscaping Stockists orders
Answering queries surrounding our products and deliveries from said Stockists
Work with our Logistics team to ensure timely delivery of our customers orders
