The EMEA pensions and benefits team is part of Human Resources and is responsible for managing the firm’s pension, employee benefit and wellness programmes across the region.

The primary focus of this role is to support the delivery of the regional wellness agenda across 34 countries and 21,700 employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working as part of the team to promote, coordinate and deliver onsite wellness initiatives and events in the region

  • Preparing and coordinating wellness related newsletters and other wellness communications

  • Supporting the regional Wellness Steering Committee including preparing meeting papers, taking minutes and managing actions through to resolution

  • Supporting the EMEA Wellness Manager in the development of the wellness agenda and programme content

  • Conducting health and wellness related risk assessments

  • Acting as a point of contact for individual queries on wellness related benefits;

  • Assisting with managing the wellness vendor services on an ongoing basis, ensuring efficient delivery

  • Providing support to the broader benefits team on other projects as required

Skills / Experience Required

A highly motivated individual who is ready for a role that will allow them to put into practice the skills they have developed in their career to date.Other requirements include:

  • Strong team player with excellent organizational and project management skills, used to managing varied priorities in a high paced environment, with ability to take ownership of projects, be proactive and flexible

  • Relationship builder with strong influencing skills -- an effective communicator who is able to influence decision-making and is comfortable working at senior levels internally and externally

  • Creative, solution driven individual with the ability to think strategically

  • Analytical -- a problem solver with ability to make decisions based on a thorough understanding of the relevant facts

  • Desire to learn new skills and take on new challenges

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related role – prior experience in event coordination would also be beneficial
