Candidate Care Executive

The global technology recruitment team delivers more than 11,000 permanent hires per year in to JPMorgan.

Our EMEA recruitment team represents a significant part of the global team, delivering hires into all lines of business across multiple locations. We seek to provide hiring managers and candidates the best possible experience whilst delivering at scale and at speed.

In order to optimise the EMEA recruitment team we are building a new candidate experience team which will be charged with creating a positive candidate experience.

What will you be doing?

  • As a Candidate Care Executive, you will promote JPMorgan opportunities to external top talent, whilst delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

  • You will convert passive prospects into active candidates by promoting the JP Morgan employer brand.

  • Screening candidates and presenting shortlists of those candidates to management.

  • Organising on-site candidate assessment centres

  • Provide updates to candidates on their applications

  • Track progress of candidates prioritising attention to detail

  • Support the overall objectives of an EMEA Technology Recruiting function

  • Manage a large volume of both call and email inquiries

  • Administrative duties, including but not limited to processing internal mobility, UK Right to Work applications and relocation packages.

  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collect information and deliver outcomes clearly and effectively

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced recruitment environment

  • Candidate focused, highly organised and detail orientated

  • Ability to remain calm and create solutions in a target orientated environment

Skills that push you further:

  • Previous IT/Technology recruitment experience preferred but not essential

  • Detail orientated and a proven track record in meeting/surpassing set targets

  • Team player, highly collaborative and customer-centric

  • Ability to build trusted relationships with cross-location colleagues and multitask in a fast-paced growth environment

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
