The Energy Lead, EMEA will be responsible for identifying and driving business, partnership and investment opportunities in the commercial and industrial space, from conception to realization, across distributed energy resources, including energy storage and electric mobility. As such, you will bring deep expertise, vision, and an active professional network in the C&I space. Beyond identifying and diving opportunities, you will help define and refine strategy/planning and serve as a focal point for global collaboration with internal stakeholders and external entities.

You will have 10+ years of relevant experience (international exposure preferred), including 4+ years with a large commercial /industrial player and 4+ years with an energy producer/trader/retailer. An advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred. Importantly, you are passionate about renewables, mobility, and energy technology, you have impeccable judgement and integrity, you are a team player, a lateral thinker, and a clear communicator.

The Green Investment Group (GIG) was acquired by Macquarie Group in 2017, creating one of Europe’s largest teams of dedicated green infrastructure investors. The group specializes in green infrastructure principal investment, project delivery and portfolio management, and related services.
