Customer Experience and Sales Development is a new function and Strategic Business Initiative aligned to the Strategic Business Outcomes, with a focus on delivering both an improved customer experience, across the SBO, and delivering growth, with revenue uplift targets over the next three years. This is an exciting new team, with a full agenda for the next 3 years.
Reporting to the Engagement Lead within Customer Experience & Sales Development (CESD), the role will support the functional build-out and operational/management requirements of the CESD engagement plan.
In this role, you will:
- Developing and managing the CESD engagement platforms (Video / intranet / SharePoint / forums);
- Driving functional and wider CMB culture through the use of digital media such as website content creation, filmmaking, vlogging, podcasting, written word etc. to enhance our ‘community’ based engagement approach;
- Support the Head of Engagement in general engagement strategy design and execution, standing in when required.
- Helping to create a ‘community’ presence across the CMB frontline to drive advocacy; and
- Support the CESD function to engage with the global team.
- Coordinate video production
Given the function is currently at the inception stage, the role holder would be expected to upskill quickly to undertake and oversee varying activities in relation to the creation and establishment of the function which may be wide ranging hence a high degree of flexibility and adapbility is required.
