Stakeholder and Community Engagement Manager
Salary: Personal Contract (dependent on skills & qualifications)
Location: London, Surrey & Aldershot (will need to be flexible and travel throughout Southern patch)
This role will report directly into the Head of Community and you will be part of the Stakeholder Engagement team helping to develop, improve and manage relationships with key individuals and groups.

What does a Stakeholder and Community Engagement Managerdo?
- Developing, maintaining and supporting valuable stakeholder relationships
•Consistently embedding the stakeholder and community strategy across assigned business areas
•Scope out issues identified by internal and external stakeholders
•Developing engagement plans
•Within specialist areas create insight–driven campaigns to support stakeholder and community strategy
•Manage and review stakeholder mapping
Do you have what we are looking for?
•Experience in project management, communications and marketing
•Strong influencing ability, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are desirable
•Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships, including at senior level
•Flexible ‘can-do’ attitude
•The successful applicant must have experience of working with people in vulnerable circumstances
•Willingness to travel, with full driving licence.
