This role is first and foremost a sales leadership role integral to the B-F UK Sales function. The key responsibility of this role is to manage the support functions essential to sales force productivity. These include planning, controlling, reporting, target setting and management, sales process optimization, sales program implementation and administration. Pivotal to this role will be the ability to build and manage relationships across the whole sales function in both the on and off trade, coordinating and aligning plans across both channels.


● Provide input and leadership to national sales strategy development and special projects

● Manage and develop the Sales Operations team through strong leadership, establishing an effective, collaborative culture and driving business results

● Oversee sales optimization forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization

● Ensure a culture of continuous improvement within the Sales Operation function

● Build and manage effective relationships with key internal stakeholders to manage sales incentives and support the consistent implementation of company initiatives


The successful candidate will have a degree in Business or relevant experience and extensive practice with FMCG branded products in Sales management positions. Previous experience in wine/spirits or luxury FMCG industries is preferable.
