Salary: £27.3k – 30.4k (Dependent on skills and experience)

What does a Team Leader (Connections) do?
The overall purpose of this job is to be responsible for a team providing day-to-day support and dealing with people management requirements to deliver a connections service on behalf of the business.
- Maintaining compliance with our quality procedures to meet out ISO accreditation
•Welfare and duty of care to staff, including 121’s and development
•Delivery of staff productivity and performance against set targets/standards
•Assisting/cover for Team Manager where required
